It’s finally over… we hope. (Well, Matt Damon hopes!)
Last month we told you about
Well, it turns out not all the arrests made in October stuck — not at the time anyway.
19-year-old Tyress Williams was held, but Jshawne Lamon (19), and Damaji Corey Hall (18), and Hall’s mother — Ashle Hall (34) were all released pending further investigation.
Well, that investigation led the two teens to be arrested once again, and they weren’t alone.
NBC Los Angeles reports seven other crew members were busted as well: Hassan Deontre Murphy (19), Joseph Holley (22), Lance Williams (18), Devin Garner (24), Ron Simmons (20), Donnie Faizon (21), and Elan Lamberto Gabourel (25).
The 10 men (no word on Momma) face charges of criminal street gang conspiracy, first-degree residential burglary, home invasion robbery, first-degree residential robbery, and attempted burglary.
Not a day too soon, considering the list found in their possession with other stars’ names like Damon, LeBron James, and Viola Davis on it.
As we told you, the burglars would engage in what’s known as “flocking” — where they’d travel to the luxury neighborhood en masse, dressed in nice clothes and driving luxury cars to avoid suspicion.
Then one suspect would ring the doorbell to double check no one was inside, and the crew would change into street clothes and a large van would join them as a getaway vehicle.
Police believe the stars’ homes were selected “based on social media postings and touring or travel schedules of the owners.”
So, celebs, the next time you just have to share those hot Ibiza vacay pics on the ‘gram, remember you’re also telling a LOT of people you aren’t at home right now! Do a Beyoncé and post ’em after!!
Stay safe, y’all!
